Refund Policy

Jaat Entrepreneurs provides custom digital services (websites, apps, design, and related work). These are made-to-order professional services, not off-the-shelf products. Refunds depend on the stage of work and what was agreed in writing.

Asking a question on our website, email, or phone is free. A paid engagement starts only after you accept a proposal or invoice.

Projects often require an advance to reserve time and start work. Unless your proposal says otherwise:

• If you cancel before we have started any work, we may refund the unused advance after deducting a reasonable administrative cost, if any.
• If work has started (research, design, development, meetings, or setup), the advance is applied to work already done and is generally not refundable.

Amounts paid for completed milestones, approved designs, delivered code, or published websites are not refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date; any unused prepaid balance may be refunded at our discretion after reviewing time already spent.

If delivered work does not match the written scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery at namaste@jaatentrepreneurs.com. We will first try to fix the issue. A refund is considered only if we cannot reasonably complete the agreed scope.

Domain, hosting, app store, licenses, stock assets, and similar third-party fees paid on your behalf are not refundable once purchased.

Email namaste@jaatentrepreneurs.com with:

• Your name and contact number
• Project or invoice reference
• Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible, typically within 7–14 business days after approval, subject to the payment provider.
